characteristics of battery-powered rescue-devices
purpose
Battery-powered rescue-devices support a dc-voltage to supply the dc-link-stage of frequency inverters and a ac-voltage to supply the control circuits. The device is switched on via one input signal.
general
- Battery cabinet with 18 sealed lead accumulators (each 12V DC) for emergency power and rescue with reduced speed.
- Built-in power-supply for fast charging and low-current pulse-charging
- Low-voltage detection
- The high voltage (> 200V DC) guarantees for operating high loads and allows operation with frequency inverters of foreign suppliers.
- Built-in inverter for 230V AC / 50 Hz (sine-wave) to supply the elevator control circuits (drives inductive loads).
technology
- fast charging (< 24h) and low-current pulse-charging to keep the accumulators fully charged
- Discharge: > 30 min. with duty cycle = 20%
- max. cabinet temperature: 40 °C / 104°F
- max. power losses: 150 W
